• When can I reach Customer Care?
IST can be contacted during normal business hours, 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, PST. However, often staff and the owners are around throughout various off hours and may respond back to for Support and Client tickets during off scheduled hours.

• What Countries do you ship to?
America, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong China, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, South Korea, Switzerland, United Kingdom. Please contact us if you would like your product shipped outside of these Countries for adjusted shipping costs.

• How long does it take to receive orders?
As most people say, that greatly depends on where you live in the world. We send our products through normal ground mail, but with a tracking number.

  • Orders will be shipping from Western Canada: Canadians and Northern America often receive the package within a week. New England States down to Florida can take an extra week, that’s up to two total weeks.
  • International: UK, AU, DE, Hawaii and Japan – Packages are normally received within the 2-3 week range. Some AU orders have taken 3-4 weeks. Asian Continent and outlaying islands normally take around 4-6 weeks but please, allow up to 9 weeks.

• What is the cost of shipping and handling?
Shipping, handling and packaging is Free to every Country in the world that we have listed in our Country List. See F.A.Q. listing #2.

• What is your Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or product, you may return the item, in the original package ‘if possible’ within 30 days after receiving the product, for a refund of the full purchase amount.

• How do I make a return?
If it has been within 30 days of receiving the product, please contact us and let us know that you would like to process a return, which we will promptly respond. Refunds for returns will be processed within 10 business days after the date we receive your return.

The response email will include our return address and other shipping details included.

• What is the cost of making a return?
That depend on how you send the return back. Most of our products can be sent through normal postal mail, which is can range to very cheap to $2 or so. Sending it through a major carrier or in it’s shipping package will increase your costs.

• How do I find out the status of my return?
By this point you would have already been on contact with us. Please be sure to check your previous emails. If you didn’t receive the information or you can’t locate it, simply contact us back and we will gladly let you know the status.

• What about Duties and Taxes?
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspections, thus duties and taxes in accordance with your countries laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes. Inner Soul Technologies does not benefit or collect these fees during the checkout process.

• What if the item is lost or damaged or isn’t the correct item?
Please, contact us as soon as possible if this happens so we can correct it, at no charge. Be sure to include what the issue is and your name so we can look your account up.

• Can I modify or stop my current order?
We fulfill orders within 3 business days, if it has been within these 3 days then please contact us now to request your change.

• Can I exchange an item with another?
Only if the product is exchanged for a product of equal value or great value with the difference paid, along with any shipping costs. If you would like to process an exchange, please contact us.

• Do you offer gift cards?
Sorry, not at this time. However, we recommend you Google; VISA or MasterCard Gift Cards and grab a card that can be used on our Websites.

• What type of payment methods do you offer?
Currently use the mighty PayPal, which allows you to purchase with every major credit card.

• Can I pay with money order or personal check?
Sorry, not at this time.

• Will you be adding other payment methods?
In the future, yes.

• When will I be billed for my order?
When the transaction is completed PayPal will debit the money instantly and then falls into the PayPal rules for protection.

• How do I update my email or account details?
Simply contact us and let us know what your old details are so we can verify the account. Then simply tell us what you would like your new information to be updated with.

• I put something in my shopping basket and now the basket is empty. What Happened?
Please make sure JavaScript and script blockers like NoScript are turned on if you aren’t able to add to the cart.

If you returned and the shopping basket is empty, it’s possible your cookies or session with our website has expired. Often security software like Norton and browser plugins will delete or expire the session without warning.

When this happens, you will need to replenish your basket and make the purchase before you close your browser window.

• I noticed/purchased a product here that is now gone, what gives?
When we remove a product it means we discontinued making it. We make these decisions based on market demand vs. the cost of creating and keeping the product. If you have any questions, please contact us.

• Is my personal and billing information safe?
Absolutely… When a purchase is a made on Inner Soul Technologies your ‘billing’ record isn’t kept here, but rather with PayPal.

Your personal information, such as name, email, shipping address and product ordered is stored in a 128bit-encrypted database that is located security off the direct Internet.

The Quantum eLetter records are safety stored, encrypted, and managed by award winning Aweber.

• Do you have offer a catalog of your products?
Online through our website and via the Quantum Magnets eLetter. We’re still working on a snail mail copy and will notify everyone through the Quantum Magnets eLetter once it’s ready.

• Are you looking for more Distributors?

• Do your Products have an Affiliate Program?
Sorry, we do not have an Affiliate Program at this time. However we’re always looking for more possible distributors.
